Directions By Road

From Truro take the A39 to Falmouth.
(Please note that all roundabouts are named on the signpost)

TRELUSWELL ROUNDABOUT 
Take 2nd exit signposted Falmouth and Penryn A39

TRELIEVER ROUNDABOUT
Take 2nd exit signposted Falmouth and Penryn A39

KERNICK ROUNDABOUT (B&Q and Asda on left)
Take 2nd exit signposted Falmouth A39

HILLHEAD ROUNDABOUT (Anchor and Cannon on roundabout)
Take 2nd exit - Following the brown and white signs for Glendurgan Gardens - Trebah Gardens - Argal Lakes

UNION CORNER - Continue across two mini roundabouts then take 1st turning right (opposite Falmouth Town Football Club) signposted Budock Water and Penmorvah Manor Hotel.

Follow through the village at the end of the village there is an S-bend and the Hotel is on the left after the S-bend.
